Job Summary
Responsible for driving skincare growth for Kiehl’s through the development of innovative new product “paniers” which utilize all technologies available through L’Oreal using external vendors to meet consumer needs worldwide.

Section 3: Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7-10 years experience in skincare
• Technical understanding of skincare formulas
• Specific experience in the Asia skincare market
• Experience directing/collaborating with Research & Innovation (R&I)
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work within a rigorous deadline schedule
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Work with third party skincare vendors/ manufacturers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Some travel

Annual Budget Responsibility: Track the DMI claims support research/ testing budget.
Section 6: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
% of time spent.
1. Lead all aspects of product development for assigned projects. 40%
2. With SVP Product Innovation and Marketing, develop a 3 year innovation calendar 20%
3. Manage formula cost to meet set objectives 10%
4. Ensure on-time delivery of new products working closely with Marketing and Development. 10%
5. Work With Product Innovation Manager based in Korea to identify emerging trends and fast 10%
6. Work with Scientific Director and R&I to provide formula information to the Global Communications, Education,
and Marketing teams 10%
