Description
There is no such thing as a typical day but you can expect to be working with Analytics investigating trends observed in conversion rate or site and App engagement, with product owners on a new feature launches, the marketing teams and our local teams in various markets. The Head of Product Marketing will also count on the support of a product marketing executive.
What you’ll do:
Product marketing – Market specific:
• You will create and manage marketing plans for and positioning of strategic product releases/launches to drive adoption and usage. Work with marketing teams to execute marketing plans for strategic products. Regularly use customer feedback/insights to influence your decisions.
• You will coordinate specific cross-functional product initiatives that impact other touch points including marketing, operations, business development and customer service.
• You will deliver customer feedback and requirements, supported by robust business cases, into Product Management to help shape the product roadmap.
Product marketing - Customer and Trade focus
• You will champion the consumer throughout the all consumer product team to drive our company value “Amaze Customer” -Champion our “consumer first” value throughout the product team.
• -Commission insights from Consumer Insights and BI teams to gather consumer product specific requirements and mentor product owners to think consumer first in the product development cycle,
• Drive a trading culture across the all consumer product team
• Foster a fast-paced, data-driven culture, based on direct customer feedback and commercial acumen.
• You will establish strong, productive and collaborative internal relationships with business leaders, engineering leaders and organization executives.
• Be a passionate advocate for our products and possess the strongest communication and presentation skills. Clearly articulate product positioning and launch plans to a wide range of people, internal and external.
• You will maintain smooth communication and coordination between Product team and local offices Who you are:
• You have extensive marketing experience, including demonstrable and strong experience in consumer marketing in the fashion retail or eCommerce industries.
• BA or BS, MBA preferred, or equivalent experiences.
• You are a strong leader with ability to build and grow high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong background in data analytics, commercial acumen and consumer focused
• Strong ability to lead via influence to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Can create and deliver effective presentations to executive-level audiences.
• You have a highly collaborative work style.
• You are a strategic thinker.
