Nike Digital was recently formed to integrate and expand Nike’s industry-leading digital products and services across Nike.com, Nike+, SNKRS and partner platforms. Nike Digital is tasked with developing new digital products, services and experiences, and scaling up a connected platform that meets evolving consumer demands. In partnership with Nike’s Direct to Consumer business, we accelerate Nike’s direct connection with consumers across our digital and physical portfolio, supercharge our digital transformation, accelerate a seamless connection across Nike’s digital and physical portfolio and power future growth.

We’re looking for a Strategy Director to support Nike’s digital ecosystem of products and services. We develop Nike’s digital technologies — creating, developing and deploying seamless and personalized experiences to our consumers. Reporting to the Nike Digital Strategy Sr. Director, you'll drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Nike’s digital portfolio, shape strategy and identify solutions to business and operational challenges. You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across diverse teams and influencing different personalities and perspectives. You’ll need those skills as you work not only across Nike Digital’s teams but also across Nike’s global organization.
As our Nike, Digital Strategy & Business Operations Director, you'll be a trusted member of our team with the following responsibilities:
• Drive project work streams to identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and strategic opportunities, and develop recommendations and executable plans to catalyze action
• Assist in the strategic planning process, including development of the 3-year Strategic Plan and Quarterly and Annual Business review cycles
• Organize and manage key strategic sessions and work with Nike Digital Leadership teams to drive an integrated strategic agenda
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analytic work that unlocks business insights and drives sound decision-making on key business issues
• Develop and manage how the team is progressing against the Nike Digital strategy, priorities and key performance metrics
• Collaborate with key partners, including Digital Product, Innovation, Digital Commerce, Brand, Global Consumer Knowledge, Finance, HR and other business teams, in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class business solutions
• Assist in the development and communication of strategic plans, scorecards and business solutions through high-impact, executive level presentations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or higher degree preferred
• 6+ years total experience in Management, Strategy or Technology Consulting, Corporate Strategic Planning, Data Science, Market Research, Business Operations or a related field
• Proven ability to support and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams and provide project management support
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to drive recommendations
• Logical problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
• Superior writing, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with senior management, business, and technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, with advanced Mac Keynote/ PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Technical proficiencies with program/project management and engagement with mobile and web experiences highly preferred
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
• Ability to pass a background check
