Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Report and analyze all Key Performance Indicators across Michael Kors’ digital properties
• Use data and best practices to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimize the customer journey across the site, native mobile apps, and digital marketing channels
• Develop a picture of the customer leveraging data from online and offline data sources
• Develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the division and stakeholders
• Partner with Ecommerce operations, marketing, and creative to test hypotheses using AB and multivariate testing in order to drive incremental sales and conversion
• Interpret business requirements from stakeholders and partner with the Technical Analyst to develop into technical requirements
• Provide support to cross-functional and global partners for web analytics and some store related requests through maintenance, mining and integration of data sources
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelors (B.S. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with web analytics for an online retailer or similar online business
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics; other third party solutions are a plus
• Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Experience with predictive modeling, SQL or R a plus
• Experience with AB testing solutions, such as Monetate, a plus
• Familiarity with relevant Key Performance Indicators and industry best practices for Ecommerce and Digital; experience in Ecommerce with another retailer a plus
• Must possess a great attention to detail and curiosity to uncover trends and insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Team-player with excellent relationship-building
