As our Central Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the deliverables for the Central Brand Marketing and supporting the team administratively. You will be supporting the Central Sr. Director of Brand with calendar management, travel planning, expense reports, meeting planning and Keynote/PowerPoint presentations. You will also be responsible for organizational charts, coordinating department or equipment moves and providing support to a diverse team of people in the field with a variety of management styles. You will also have the opportunity to pitch in on key projects in support of the brand marketing team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or 2+ years additional experience in lieu of degree
• 2 years of experience in Administrative Support and/or Project Team Coordination/Support
• 1 year experience with planning and scheduling
• 1 year SAP data entry and reporting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proven work experience in accurate and fast Order Entry
• Strong written, verbal, visual and interpersonal communication skills critical.
• Strong information seeking skills and drive to execute the completion of deliverables across a team and with internal & external partners.
• Experience with administration of collaboration, and knowledge management tools (i.e., Set up users, manage user accounts, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Project and Office tool suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio/SharePoint)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• A knowledge of Chicago consumer insights is preferred
