Senior Manager Brand Activation Projects- Reebok Western Europe (m/f) 1

Western Europe is a market of 5 clusters (Central, North, South, France and Iberia) handling both brands adidas and Reebok across all channels.
Purpose:
Contribute to the execution of the Reebok Western Europe organization’s marketing and operational strategies, by managing key initiatives, projects, cross-functional projects; and be an active team member in cross-functional teams
Support the mid/long-term marketing planning
Contribute to the management and improvement of marketing communications by establishing projects, leading in data collection, evaluating outcomes and suggesting best practices
Key Accountabilities:
• (Project Management) Steer and coordinate collaborative European projects, process improvements, new tools and best-practice sharing that are in alignment to the strategies and priorities of the Reebok Western Europe
• (Project Management) Implement a standard project management approach and efficient communication methodology
• (Project Management) Manage key WE Marketing projects designed to drive greater marketing and business efficiency, including RSM, Media Mix Analysis, Ecom and activation evaluation, among others
• (Marketing Planning) Collate and maintain up-to-date seasonal marketing plans, calendars and benchmarking, both internal and external, to support decision making and performance enhancement
• (Marketing Planning) Support alignment and maintenance of marketing project management and engagement of marketing priorities across the business/European markets
• (Communication) Manage initiatives and tools to ensure the communication of the vision and the key priorities of the business across the organization
• (Communication) Update the management team, cross-functional teams and local European countries regarding status and consequences of individual projects in a consistent and effective manner
• (Network) Build a network acting as focal point for local markets, global functions and other key support functions to ensure identification of relevant projects.
• Works independently and has collaboration across multiple departments
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
• Previous sales experience within the international sporting goods industry
• Previous experience in project management
• Understanding of marketing communications, media and retail environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of KPIs and ability to work with numbers
Qualifications:
1. University degree, ideally with Business or Marketing focus; Master’s Degree preferred
2. Min of 5-8 years’ experience within a project management function
3. Cross functional experience, ideally with marketing / sales / IT
4. Global Mind set and ability to work cross culturally; Experience within different countries and/or different cultures
