PHOTOGRAPHER: You have a desire to create and capture are and style.
Photo Studio Intern Responsibilities
• Understand and maintain existing shooting processes to ensure workflow efficiencies for high volume production of all photography
• Assist in the set up and tear down of studio equipment, sets, and lighting fixtures
• Oversee equipment inventory and inspect equipment to ensure everything is fully operational
• Operate digital cameras along with a variety of other equipment such as tripods, stands, and strobe lights
• Operate a MAC computer and be proficient with Capture One in order to organize and properly size incoming photos in preparation to pass to our retouching team
• Collaborate with team for upcoming creative shoots by providing ideas, tears, and possible shooting location
• Assist with digital technology needs
Qualifications
• Passionate about photography and eager to learn new skills
• Understanding of all aspects of the photography process
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
• Detail oriented
• Creative thinker
What to Submit

(2) Photography Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF)
• Put together a concept board featuring tears of images (photo shoots, editorials, etc.) that you find inspirational for the Free People brands creative photography direction.
• You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a Photographer when pulling your inspirational tears.
• This is the creative part of the application so have fun with it, there are no major guidelines!
