eCommerce Senior Omni channel Specialist

The European eCommerce team leads all regional Omni channel projects in partnership with retail, including the implementation of large scale, high impact operations programmes and revolutionizing technologies. As Senior Omni Channel Specialist you will be responsible for such projects to achieve seamless consumer experience with focus on convenience and speed. You will drive continuous improvement by working in partnership with our suppliers and global technology development & operations teams located in San Francisco. You’ll also be accountable for developing and maintaining best practices and processes for eCommerce and hold the vision of enhancing our customer proposition within operations through introducing / enhancing our Omni channel services e.g. Click & Collect Find in Store, Store to Door and Reserve Online Purchase in Store along with other exciting prepositions.
Key responsibilities;
• Lead the execution of all Ecommerce Omni channel projects in EU.
• Support and contribute to development of foundational projects in OMS & Hybris as the business matter expert, from project concept to assessment stages in close coordination with Retail Operations
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions. E.g. Click & Collect
• Evaluate current procedures within operations, determining opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing updated processes.
• Understand and analyze key metrics impacting Operations and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders
• Plan, examine, analyze and evaluate Operations with respect to productivity standards, safety, and customer metrics
• Implement market relevant strategies to achieve growth and reduce cost
• Develop technical knowhow for introducing new vendors / tools and support with the implementation of foundational retail applications.
• Engage with our internal Retail team and Selected Wholesale Partners to collaborate and develop Omni channel initiatives.
Application requirements;
Education
• BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations/Supply Chain, Computer Science, or other technical field from an accredited university
• Fluent in English
Technical knowledge
• Knowledge of Retail operations and/or eCommerce operations specifically on Omni channel projects
• Experience scoping, developing and implementing significant change to operational systems and processes, ideally in a retail / fashion environment
• Strong understanding of online and commercial landscape
• Experience with root cause analysis and process design
• Experience of working with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Data-driven decision making and quantitative analytical skills
Other competencies:
• Experience leading programs / projects in a matrix environment
• Confident dealing with complex data sets and processes
• Computer literate with deep knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
