Director of Finance Express Lane

The Express Lane team works end-to-end on short timelines to deliver the right product to the right place at the right time. As a Director of Finance Express Lane you will play a critical role in achieving that mission. We are a new, disruptive and entrepreneurial team within Nike that brings together expertise across functions and geographies to attack the challenges of speed and develop business models that make us faster. As part of Express Lane, you can expect to work closely with teams from across the business and senior leadership to deliver speed where it matters most for our consumers.
Director of Finance Express Lane:
• Responsible for P&L Management
• Financial business model creation and strong partnership with the commercial team
• Profitability monitoring of end to end investment/ROI Modeling
• Coach and Lead GEO finance managers on profitability targets and Management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis on Finance and/or Accounting, an advanced degree may be acceptable in lieu of 1 year of experience
• 8 years' extensive experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting
• 2 years' proven people management experience
• An MBA (with a concentration on Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field)
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, investment analysis and economic profit analysis and knowledge of GAAP is strongly preferred
• Experience with a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
• Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers
• Excellent understanding and application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as innovation, inspiration, employee development, coaching and engagement
• Ability to pass a 7 year background check
