Digital Marketing Coordinator, CRM - Miss Selfridge
A BIT ABOUT
An exciting opportunity has come up at Miss Selfridge for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator with a genuine interest in digital, and fashion. They are currently going through a rebrand so it couldn’t be a more exciting time to join! Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the Digital Marketing strategy for email marketing and app. You will be data-driven and innovative, with a desire to engage customers and develop personalised communication with them.
THE ROLE
To plan, develop and ensure the effective delivery of the UK and International digital marketing plan for CRM as a channel, including email, app and push notifications. Developing plans to consistently drive traffic, maximise customer engagement and deliver sales in line with the website and the wider multi-channel marketing strategy and targets as directed by the Digital Marketing Manager.
Work with our agency to take our CRM programme to the next level – through increased segmentation, and owning a detailed A/B testing plan to continuously innovate and back up decision making with hard facts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
E-MAIL
• Responsible for developing and executing the email marketing plan in line with the Digital marketing strategy, developing creative briefs, testing and tracking for UK and international territories.
• Support the build and own the execution of the email testing plan establishing an annual calendar of segmentation, dynamic content and subject line tests ensuring set budgets are adhered to.
• Manage and drive the email customer plan using relevant brand and market insight via in house and agency analytics tools or information to ensure customers are receiving the right communication based on purchase behaviour, brand behaviour and topicality.
• Deliver weekly analysis of email campaigns reporting on key KPI’s
• Set up automatic triggered email programmes to allow us to maintain the quality of our database.
DATA CAPTURE
• Own all channels of data capture and ensure we are maximising the effectiveness of these, to generate new leads for our email database (instore, e-receipts, web sign up journey)
• Manage budget for and oversee agencies to deliver data capture campaigns – such as competitions – ensuring that the data collected is good quality, and reporting against this to assess the value of this activity
APP
• Responsible for producing weekly reports on app users and profile
• Set up of push notifications in line with trading calendar, and own testing plan for this channel
• Develop cross-channel view of our customers, building up a customer profile
