Primary Purpose
To help various marketing channels conceptualize and execute campaigns utilizing best practices and style guides. Role will primarily consist of web graphics, but print experience is a necessity as we run several in-venue operations. Ideal candidate should be strong in Photoshop and Illustrator, any other creative suite skills is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilitie
• Work with marketing team to create onsite graphics for owned brands and marketplaces such as ebay and Amazon.
• Coordinate with In-venue and Game-Used operations to assist in print production for events.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, including font style and size.
• Maintain and organize creative library.
• Ensure all files are organized and set-up in the most efficient way so that other designers across the company can easily work off various designs.
• Manage tickets and meet deadlines as delegated by Creative Director.
• Review final creative and suggest changes or execute on feedback if needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelors in Graphic Design or relate field is preferred. Exceptions can be made based on work history and portfolio.
• Expert Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator are a must. Experience with any other Creative Suite apps are a huge plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce sites including onsite and email.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are imperative.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Must be able to collaborate with various groups throughout the company with a positive and team oriented focus.
• Ability to work on weekends and in the evenings for Hot-Market events when needed.
• 3-5 years of Design experience
• Passion for sports is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Moderate physical effort required.
• Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility.
