Profile
• Merchandising Manager who drives One VF GTM execution in close collaboration with GTM Senior Manager • Lead for collaborative range planning and strong execution with Zalando • Complements brand merchandising teams with focus on commercial opportunities with Zalando • Collaborates closely with brand product & merchandising teams
to support their strategies, seasonal GTM initiatives and product creation efforts such as joint product creation, quick turn projects, capsule collections, design collabs and SMU’s
Accountability
• Plan and drive One VF GTM and execution
Drives 24month One VF merchandising calendar and ensures brand merchandising plan integration and execution with Zalando; Helps to ensure differentiation and segmentation; identifies new growth opportunities for VF brands and co-leads execution.
• VF internal: Be the ‘One VF reference’ for Brand Product and Merchandising teams forZalando
Collaborates closely with brand product and merchandising teams to help achieve growth objectives; implements best practices and drives execution with our brand merchandising teams (line planning, pricing strategy, seasonal initiatives); performs financial reporting and reviews of critical key initiatives.
• ZalandoRelationship Management: Be the‘One VF reference’forZalandoFashion Direction, Merchandising and Category Teams
Jointly establishes 24month merchandising calendar and execution with Zalando key stakeholder.
• Speed to market:
Close collaboration with Zalando Category teams to identify growth and in-season opportunities to drive growth and expansion of budgets.
Your Skills
• Product obsessed and capable to blend ‘art & science’ of merchandising
•Strong business acumen, consumer focused and data driven
• Ability to drive execution from design to development to consumer experience
•Understands VF’s org structure and culture; strong existing network with internal key stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous learning, empowerment and cross-team effectiveness
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• 5 years+ relevant experience in product- & merchandising
