The Performance Marketing Executive is an important part of the team working cross-channel and cross-brand to implement the performance marketing strategy across all biddable channels. This position would suit an ambitious individual, fast learner and keen to amplify his/her experience in a hands on challenging environment.
For this particular position we are keen to see applicants with a background in programmatic and / or paid social.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the strategy across all biddable channels: paid search, PLA, paid social and programmatic, across all consumer platforms (desktop/mobile/tablet and others).
• Day to day optimisation, budget pacing and monitoring of key channels
• Activates 1st party strategy, taking direction from CRM team and channel leads
• Day to day channel management
• Implements new products taking direction from channel and brand leads
• Identify key performance levers for each channel and apply learnings across group’s brands
• Owns hands own new product/features testing
• Helps to localise channel approach based on day to day market observations
• Keeps up to speed with biddable trends for all the channels and markets
• Day to day optimisation responsibility for one of the group region EMEA.
Skills and Experience:
• Must have demonstrable paid social and/or display/programmatic experience (ideally within an agency)
• It is a plus if you also have paid search and/or PLA experience
• Good working knowledge of marketing advertising technology (DCM, DBM, DS, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, AdWords, GA, Omniture/Adobe or other similar technology).
• Experience in the management of biddable channels to drive direct response
• Intuitive understanding in the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an ecommerce context
• Highly numerical and excel master
• Understanding CRM platforms
• Second language and international media experience will be considered a bonus

Works with: Performance Marketing Strategist, Head of Operations, Head of Paid Social and Biddable Strategist.

Location
You will be based at our Head office in Westfield, London, W12. You might need to visit our Distribution Centre in London, SE7 from time to time.
Hours
Your hours will be 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Fridays.
