To support our global business, Luxottica operates multiple manufacturing and logistics facilities across North America to support our retail stores and wholesale customers.
GENERAL FUNCTION Process retail product returns to give the proper credit. Communicate return discrepancies to CSC and vendors.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of credit receipts of product from vendors
• Maintain accurate and organized emails for retail returns
• Communicate with the Department Manager and others on issues
• Help with trouble product issues
• Maintain the following Retail Return flows (credit):
◦ Eyemed: Email, Excel, Quality, SAP
◦ Pearle LO- Email, SAP, Quality
◦ Husdon- PKMS, Quality
◦ PFS Web- SAP, Quality
◦ LC ECOM- Email, Excel, Ciao, MIM, SAP, Quality
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ clerical experience
• Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under deadline request
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of AS400, SAP and PKMS
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs/email, including Excel
• Knowledge of PC’s/CRT’s and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs/Email
• Ability to learn and maintain distribution software program
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to use ten key calculator
• Experience with data
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Distribution or warehouse clerical experience
