PRIMARY PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly qualified Digital Analyst to join our Web Analytics team. This individual will be responsible for business performance monitoring and analysis across our website portfolio supporting internal stakeholders including Marketing, IT, GMs, Product Management, and Analytics. The Digital Analyst will create and maintain various internal reporting and analytics deliverables (automated, ad-hoc, etc.), support end-user analysis tools, and drive process improvements to increase the efficiency of the analytics ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the ongoing analytics needs of the business via KPI reporting, structured and ad-hoc analysis, customer insights, etc.
• Provide the experimentation team with reporting and analysis of running and closed A/B/n and multivariate tests
• Utilize web analytics data to identify and recommend business and A/B testing opportunities
• Develop and enhance automated reporting templates that communicate KPI, trends and deviations to internal partners
• Leverage customer segmentation and advanced analytics tools to develop actionable insights into user behavior
• Ensure data integrity and recognize / resolve data inconsistencies in reports, analysis and analytics toolsets
• Partner with technology leads to assist in roadmap planning and tracking of tag enhancements and/or updates including ownership of change prioritization, UAT of new features, and communication of enhancements to business users
• Support the business and analytics teams with taking large quantities of complex data and displaying it in a clear and consumable manner
• Manage user access to our analytics platforms to insure partners and stakeholders have proper access to critical, time-sensitive information
DIMENSIONS
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• E-commerce experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or Business is required (MBA a plus)
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience using:
◦ Web analytics programs such as Omniture, Google Analytics, or related tools. Omniture experience is highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with audiences ranging from operational analytics end users to C-suite decision makers
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment while still maintaining the expected level of accuracy
