Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Coordinator for the US team who will focus on a wide range of brand awareness building marketing activities. He/She will serve as a project management support for US brand activations; assisting with production of campaign elements in addition to event planning tactics. He/She will work with Brand Marketing team members to track key milestones for campaigns, as well as support them with innovative opportunities and projects.
This role is highly cross-functional, and requires excellent project management & communication for success. The Coordinator must be an organized person who can multi-task and embrace the US Marketing Department can-do attitude and spirit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as production support for brand awareness marketing tactics & projects; varying across event, digital, collateral & content partnerships.
• Assist with event project management & execution for internal marketing conferences & consumer-facing events; including oversight of logistics, sourcing supplies, managing shipments, administrative duties & cross-functional communication.
• Manage product sends & supply orders supporting our influencer send program. In addition, developing & managing systems to organize shipments & track success of sends.
• Coordinate meeting notes & presentation decks for internal & external communication; including campaign planning, program recaps, & competitive analysis.
• Coordinate department calendar to ensure proper timing for campaign development, cross-functional collaboration & campaign execution.
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to time manage efficiently
• Sees projects to their completion & meets deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Must be enthusiastic, motivated, responsible & have a sense of humor
• Passion & knowledge of the beauty space a plus
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• 1-2 years of marketing, event management, or administrative experience
Technology & Software Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with Google Docs
