Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Consumer Analytics this is a critical role within the Global DTC Strategy and Analytics team needed to optimize website performance and revenue growth using online marketing and web analytics tools.
Responsibilities
Establish processes and capabilities required to measure the impact and effectiveness of content strategy, marketing initiatives and merchandise efforts online.
• Create dashboards by pulling data from different sources and websites for presentations to Senior Management, eCommerce Marketing, Merchandising and cross-functional teams.
• Create ad hoc reports on as needed basis to quantify the impact of content strategy, marketing initiatives and merchandise efforts.
• Document and communicate tagging required to measure and report on site updates and enhancements
• Test updates made to all tagging to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and vendors to assist with data collection, reporting and campaign tagging.
• Create, refine and document web analytics processes such as campaign tagging, data classification and dashboard creation.
Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through analytics driven recommendations.
• Identify and present opportunities to optimize website performance using a variety of web analytic tools.
• Identify and present data-driven ecommerce strategies based on business trends.
Oversee global A/B testing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or Quantitative Discipline
• 5+ years of working with click stream analysis tools (Omniture Site Catalyst (Adobe Analytics) and Google Analytics preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies (including but not limited to Heat Maps, Session Replay, Form Analytics, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience with Tealium and Report Builder a plus
• 2+ years of experience with Monetate (or similar A/B testing platform) a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in using the Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel skills including extensive experience with Pivot Tables, IF statements, Vlookups and nested text parsing
• Detail oriented
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, as well as confidently make presentations to senior management.
• Excellent judgment, strategic thinker, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
