Rodale Inc. is currently seeking a polished, eager entry-level integrated marketing professional to work in the Corporate Marketing Department in the New York City office. The overall goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide general department support and assistance while learning the various responsibilities of the different areas within the department. This position reports to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating sales presentations/proposals
• Fulfilling promotional programs (i.e., sweepstakes)
• Executing digital post sale programs
• Maintaining billing
• Developing premiums
• Tracking the status of sales accounts and coordinating general administrative functions
• Updating Sales Presentation Materials – i.e. Media Kits
Ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2+ years’ experience in publishing, digital marketing or digital media
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel and gSuite
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
