Functions of Job:
The Key Account Coordinator will be assisting the team in the sales and marketing cycle through philosophy and Coty Prestige US retailer.com and pure players’ websites. Key responsibilities include preparation of business performance analyses, management of marketing calendar and budget tracking.
Specific Job Responsibilities/Accountability:
• Assist the Key Account Managers in the definition and implementation of the key account strategy across digital platforms (i.e. web, mobile, blog, social media, email) for the retailer.com and pure player accounts
• Prepare business performance reports by account on a weekly basis assisting Key Account Managers in the analysis of the business; assist in the development of monthly business performance analyses
• Support the Key Account Managers in the definition and execution of the brand growth strategies for the retailer.com channel, specifically providing ideas for marketing campaigns/initiatives, managing the seasonal marketing calendars and associated plans
• Gather competitive intelligence and analyze relevant marketing data (i.e. retail sales, value shares, competitor activity, pricing, etc.) with the direction of the Key Account Manager to assess the effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Perform brand shop site audits on a seasonal basis, identifying opportunities to facilitate navigation, drive traffic and conversion; act as the key point of contact with key accounts and Creative in the implementation of brand shop updates, managing creative requests and providing creative assets to key accounts
• Manage the operational aspect of the marketing and sales cycle, including PO generation, tracking of PO against the spend budget, product comp management
• Assist Key Account Managers in the forecasting and allocation of marketing tools, such as sampling and GWP
• Assist the Key Account Managers in addressing and coordinating daily requests with Marketing, Creative and Sales Admin
Skills and Experience:
• eCommerce or digital marketing experience preferred
• Candidate preferably brings experience in retail or with a beauty products company
• Team player and excellent project management skills together with the ability to work across functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, finance, management, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different cultures, highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
