Brand Manager, Marketing - OPI
Job Summary:
Directly support the OPI North America Marketing and Sales teams in commercial execution and business process management. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing custom executions across strategic top and secondary customers, including collaborating on project strategy, creating and delivering customized promotions, supplying marketing content for customer vehicles, managing spending within approved budgets and communicating project status and deliverables across functions. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, action oriented, collaborative, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with attention to details and able to motivate a multifunctional team and external customers to progress projects.
Essential Functions:
• Lead execution of top strategic customer plans in collaboration with Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate on strategies and creation of customer specific plans for core secondary customers and manage execution end-to-end.
• Lead project kick-off and multi-functional alignment, ensuring projects deliver on both brand and customer objectives.
• Lead kick off of brand creative requests, manage routing with Marketing and Trade Marketing as needed.
• Drive Project CPS, own critical customization gates with Supply Chain and deliver on-time and within budget.
• Manage project status meetings and communication with relevant customer teams.
• Deliver project performance updates and post-mortem analysis based on shipments and consumption.
• Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or similar discipline)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bias to action to deliver projects complete and on-time, with ability to motivate others to support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate across functions and to end customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively and enroll multi-functional team both internally and externally.
• Basic analytic skills to create realistic size of prize and ROI analysis, plus analyze program results once complete.
• Must have 1-2 years of Corporate/Office experience (Preferably in Marketing/Advertising)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the Beauty or Cosmetics industries
• Ideally, familiar with Adobe Professional and/or Adobe Photoshop
Work Environment:
• Work will be conducted in a standard office and manufacturing environment with associated distractions such as noise from telephones, keyboards, talking, paging systems, machinery and equipment. Temperatures are regulated by facilities management and are not within the direct control of the individual.
• Exposure to standard chemicals used in an office environment is expected and includes but is not limited to toner, glue and liquid paper, etc. Additionally, the incumbent may be exposed to chemicals used in the manufacturing process of nail lacquers, lotions, etc.
