JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide extensive support to the KAM in managing all aspects of the order placement / delivery & sell thru performance
• Ensure “go-to-market” excellence that delivers strong results against targets, and meet specified milestones & deadlines as set out in GTM Calendar
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the Key Accounts order replenishment systems & process
• Processing orders / Bulks into SAP following Accounts requirements and guidelines
• Ensure pricing templates are supplied to finance in a timely manner
• Manage all aspects of order placement through to delivery (including replenishment orders) – in full & on time (DIFOT) to retailer
• Manage order hold through both bulk and EDI orders.
• Work closely with planning to highlight delivery issues and uses relationships across departments to drive the best solution
• Ensure alignment of OTB’s and Delivery Schedules
• Create visual line plans of confirmed buy after each sell-in
• Support with preparation and execution of Seasonal Sell in’s, customer meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
• Manage RGA process, within the parameters set out by customer
• Provide the account with Product information: EAN’s, Pricing, and Fabric composition, descriptions for seasonal and ongoing products.
• Ensure safe keeping of sample hold (ensuring all samples are available before customer meetings/showings).
• Process sample orders and returns in SAP
• Escalation of issues to KAM’s that effect the account directly
• Build effective working relationships with key customer contacts
• Support KAM to provide solution based strategies for gaps to sales targets & execute, measure and monitor on on-going basis to ensure closure
