Your Role on the Team
As a Director of Data Strategy, Enterprise Data, you be a member of the leadership team and a part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic Nike-Wide objectives with tactical demands. The successful candidate will:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Design innovative Enterprise Data strategies that will enable a consistent, trusted, and available data across the company supporting growth and productivity for Nike.
• Drive Enterprise Data programs across the organization that develops our muscle in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data.
• Design Enterprise frameworks and target operating models to be adopted across the company in support of new data capabilities.
• Design and implement strategies that will achieve growth and productivity through process automation.
• Enable effective, efficient working relationship with business and technology partners – primary liaison to Enterprise Data & Analytics / Technology PMO and other strategic partners.
• Responsible for strategy progams scope, change, issue and risk management; Identify and manage risks, changes, issues and scope. Facilitate mitigation through relevant stakeholders and governance processes.
• Define, implement and monitor metrics and KPIs to Enterprise Data Strategy maturity and ensure ongoing strategic alignment with short and long-term business objectives.
• Design and help manage Enterprise Data strategy through Data Governance Framework working cross-functionally across the organization with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Engage and communicate strategic Enterprise Data programs across the Data Stewardship community as well in partnership with the Enterprise Data and Analytics councils.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years’ experience leading and managing large-scale programs focused on Enterprise Data and Analytics; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
• Demonstrated success of defining and measuring business growth and productivity KPI’s concentrated around proving benefits of Enterprise Data Management
• Ability to drive large-scale change/projects and lead enterprise-wide transition management efforts
• Expert level project/program management skills. Lean process design experience preferred.
• Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
