Men's Skincare Group - Sales Coordinator
Overview:
The main objective of the role will be assisting the Sales Manager in setting and achieving Retail and Wholesale sales target across Clinique for Men and Lab Series. Work along different multiband projects to guarantee growth of the men’s skincare group in the UK and Ireland.
An exciting opportunity has become available within the newly established Men’s Skincare Group to help accelerate this dynamic category.
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager in all aspects of the business; from managing P&Ls, budgeting and forecasting to field coaching and relationship building with retailers. The ideal candidate will need to show flexibility, strong communication and high numeracy skills. Extensive knowledge of Excel is required for the role, as well as having a strong passion for financial planning and performance analysis to identify risk and opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
The role will include:
• Regularly planning and forecasting wholesale and retail business including mitigation plans when required.
• Working together with the Sales Manager to deliver weekly, monthly and yearly targets and latest estimates in line with trends and business expectations.
• Ad hoc analysis on a regular basis to better understand retail/wholesale/net trends.
• Demand planning and ensuring stock forecast is accurate and in line with business needs by retailer.
• Keeping files and reports updated
• Work on retailer projects, participating in store events and education training
