Responsibilities:
The Vice President, Global Brand Marketing is responsible for driving the kate spade new york and Jack Spade brand and marketing strategy, for all channels, on a global level. This role will provide strategic leadership across the organization to ensure that the brand is reaching a broader audience with consistent, effective, regionally appropriate messaging and a unified and engaging customer experience. In addition, this role is responsible for the further development of our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to meet specific KPI’s and customer lifetime value goals, as well as using customer insights to find strategic solutions to business and brand opportunities. The right candidate should have a proven track record of business innovation with a passion for building brands through customized marketing efforts, integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, social media and new technology.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive each of the marketing functional areas to develop innovative strategies that continue to evolve the brand, drive traffic, sales and awareness, and continue to grow the brand presence.
• Develop marketing strategies across channels and regions and oversee marketing execution
• Leadership of crm strategy and brand insights
• Manage and develop a team of motivated and experienced marketing leaders
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and calendar
• Manage outside media agencies
• Drive culture and ensure a positive work environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline
• Highly collaborative individual comfortable with decision making in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
• 12+ years experience in a senior brand leadership role, managing large teams across multiple geographies
• Hands-on experience with CRM program management
• Experience driving marketing strategy across, retail, wholesale, ecommerce
• Experience leading a global brand and aligning brand position across regions
