JOB PURPOSE
Marketing, Manager – France, Belgium and Switzerland
Reports to:
Senior Marketing and Communications Manager – France, Belgium and Switzerland
Role Overview
Manage and execute marketing strategies within France, understanding key drivers within the regions to lead partners in building brand awareness and business growth through strong integrated and country specific initiatives.
Implement the marketing strategy for the French market, integrating bought media, digital, events and retail & wholesale marketing.
Work closely with Senior Manager, Communications manager, Regional and local leads including Retail and BPC to create 360° marketing and communications campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Bought Media & Digital
• Partner with Senior Manager and Regional team to build Fashion and Beauty media plans for the market.
• Work closely with media agency to build and follow up on plans.
• Use Customer insight datas to build media strategy and ensure marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and implement digital and social strategy for France by partnering with Regional leads and Communications Manager.
Events
• Partner with Senior manager and Regional lead to plan, drive and execute events program across all tiers of the consumer pyramid, focusing on Paris as a flagship market and the core luxury consumers as well as travel luxury consumers
• Build relationships with HNW institutions to create partner events and recruit new clients.
• Work closely with Retail, BPC and VM teams to drive events successes in term of execution and ROI.
• Define metrics of success and robust reporting system.
Retail and Wholesale Marketing
• Work closely across all marketing functions by partnering with retail, wholesale, BPC, merchants and engagement marketing to drive brand and commercial goals
• Work with Senior manager, Communications manager and regional leads to build 360° Brand and product campaigns
• Develop and implement initiatives to drive local and international traffic to Paris stores and ensure close connection with retail teams to provide tactical support to drive traffic and revenue goals.
• Work closely with Wholesale team to define and implement wholesale marketing strategy with key partners.
Management
• Manage with Communications manager, the marketing and communications assistant
