POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Coordinator will support the Splendid and ella moss Production team by tracking & managing all work orders, creating cut tickets, partnering with contractors and the Quality team and producing reports on production tracking. Additional projects and tasks as needed to ensure Production runs successfully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Track and manage all production work orders from release to receipt.
2. Set priorities for contractors and QCs as set by production manager.
3. Track all production steps in system and advise as issues arise including missed due dates.
4. Create all cut tickets in PLM system and handle all cut ticket maintenance
5. Produce weekly production tracking report to internal partners and advise delivery issues.
6. Actualize cut steps daily based on Vendor Wips
7. Make recommendations for process improvements
8. Create charge-backs to vendors.
9. Work with accounting to expedite contractor payments.
10. Perform additional tasks as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 Associates/Bachelors from an accredited Trade school or University preferred and/or related work experience
• Proficient in Excel, Full Circle a plus.
• Strong communication and management skills.
