Club Monaco: Coordinator, E Commerce Operations

Overview
The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate launch of products on the Club Monaco website. In addition, the Coordinator will partner closely with the Buying team in order to ensure that all product sorts accurately reflect the brand vision and generate maximum revenue.
Responsibilities
Online Merchandising
• Partner with Buying team to prepare online sorts for the site at the category and shop level that exhibit
the Club Monaco aesthetic and reflect current trends in the marketplace. Discuss the assortment with
Buying team to have an informed point of view. Quickly and accurately make requested changes.
• Maintain all cross sells and “shop the look” features to ensure all outfits feel on brand and will resonate
with our customer to drive sales.
• Partner with eCommerce marketing and content release to ensure that customers are sent to best
product sorts based on message.
• Manage markdowns both in our pricing system and visually remerchandising the sort as necessary
based on seasonality or sales.
Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory availability to ensure that product launches on site as planned. Keep team aware of
any late styles and impact on the business.
• Track Third Party shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Site Management
• Manage deadlines to ensure that products are ready to go live on intended date. Execute all steps
necessary for products to go live.
• Ensure proper uploads of all seasonal products into PMC system to ensure a seamless transition on
site once product is received.
• QA site daily to identify outstanding issues. Serve as point-person with technical teams to resolve
issues.
• Drive recommendations for site navigation and site functionality based on understanding of product
assortment and continuous review of competitive landscape.
• Support additional areas of the eCommerce business (including, but not limited to, marketing and QA
efforts)
Skills and Requirements
• At least one year experience Fashion/Merchandising (retail/store management an asset)
• An understanding of and interest in current fashion trends and industry
• Willingness to learn about and participate in other areas of the eCommerce business
• Computer proficiency MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group)
decisions in a timely manner
