Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
For the adidas Group, eCommerce is a key strategic priority. A key lever to enable the future growth plans are excellent backend processes, with payment and risk management as core components. The eCommerce strategy is to be the most profitable channel of the adidas Group. With fraudulent orders being one of the biggest risks to the profitability of the eCommerce business, it is very important for the success of eCommerce to have state of the art risk management measurements in place to minimize fraud risks and to continuously improve and enhance processes to identify ad stop risky orders. A key focus is to continuously improve and update the processes and risk measurements to keep track with trends in the online business.
Another success factor for eCommerce is to offer the relevant payment methods in the local markets which makes the shop more attractive to consumers and will lead to higher conversion rates and ultimately higher sales.
eCommerce decided to replace existing multiple external payment and risk management systems within one new consolidated tool, which is going forward the new global standard solution.
Several activities currently performed by the external service providers are new to the eCom organization and need to be handled by internal resources in the future.
This position is responsible for driving European ePayment and fraud KPI analytics, monitoring and reporting to safeguard a profitable business. This function is a core process and competence of ecommerce companies and is unique in the adidas Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development and optimization of ePayment reports.
• Monitoring and analysis of transactions
• Continues improvement of Score Cards
• Performance monitoring
• Key Performance Indicators are accurately reported on a daily, weekly and adhoc basis.
• Manage the invoice control process.
Authorities:
• The Analyst ePayment can recommend and implement new requirements based on his responsibility. Decisions are taken in close alignment with the ePayment team.
• The ePayment Analyst has editing & viewing rights to the Payment Service Provider back-office.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must have experience with MS Excel and databases (preferable Access and MSSQL)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Be able to translate large amounts of data into accurate and well-structured reports.
• Make recommendations for business actions.
• Feel comfortable with working in an international environment and different Stakeholders
• Fluent in English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in statistics, mathematics, information technology or business administration preferred. Alternatively, working experience as apprentice (industrial clerk).
• Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in eCommerce, business intelligence, controlling, or a related function.
