This role will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation programs for all of our B2B brands. This position will significantly impact our business by helping us drive new growth into the organization. It will serve as a connector between our sales and marketing teams to help us better align to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and deploy our lead generation campaigns and strategies as a part of our overall marketing plans through our marketing automation tool (Pardot) and integration with Salesforce and our brand websites.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage marketing campaigns, templates and reporting.
• Develop, implement and document requirements, business rules, workflows and processes for marketing automation tools.
• Serve as marketing automation technology SME to help teams develop and troubleshoot campaigns and email projects.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation (such as Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce) and email marketing
• Experience in digital marketing, demand generation and CRM
• Experience with scoring models, workflows, templates, list import and A/B testing
• Experience working with external vendors and consultants
• Ability to build solid cross-functional relationships and work with all levels within an organization
