The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator, Marketing are to ensure the development and execution of brand marketing materials and activities, maintain marketing budgets, coordinate ticketing development, and provide communication and coordination relating to project management while working with internal staff and outside resources.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates brand communication activities in support of ticketing development, photo shoots, managing brand image and product photography files, retail collateral materials, public relations, sales presentation materials and consumer promotions all under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Assists Marketing Manager with budget administration for brand by writing WEAs, paying invoices, tracking monies, and balancing budget items.
• Maintains daily communications with internal departments, outside vendors and sales teams to responsively support all marketing communication initiatives.
• Selects and orders all product for consumers, media relations, photo shoots and promotions when necessary.
• Assists Marketing Manager with development of retailer and/or consumer promotions, mailings and special presentations.
• Works on special marketing projects as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Performs these and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Less than 3 years of related professional experience
• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred
• Experience with photography direction, printing and graphic design development helpful
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented, accurate, and a high level of initiative
• Good analytical ability with strong customer service skills
