Manager, Marketing, Origins, Travel Retail Worldwide
Description
Travel Retail is one of the fastest growing, dynamic and fast paced channels in the world.
This Marketing Manager position plays a pivotal role in driving Origins in Travel Retail by providing regional support to our Travel Retail affiliates based in Singapore, London and Miami.
RESPONSIBLITIES
•Manage day to day operations for the Origins brands in Travel Retail Worldwide. Make decisions on how to effectively and efficiently meet business objectives and strategies, meet regional Marketing and Global team requests, seek approvals and align stakeholders.
•Drive consumer-facing initiatives including assortment, TR-exclusive development, visual merchandising and promotional support from concept to execution by working with cross functional teams and Travel Retail affiliates.
•Partner with the Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Lachen Distribution Center, and Global Supply Chain) to secure inventory to support the business needs from forecast to inventory allocation.
•Monitor, analyze and provide insights and recommendations on the Origins business utilizing retail sales, gross shipments and market data. Present recommendations, plans, recaps and strategies to internal and external partners including Global Marketing.
•Develop 360° marketing programs to increase retail sales.
•Act as the primary contact/point person for Origins Travel Retail Worldwide.
•Develop long term strategies and short term tactics to help drive the business.
•Regularly pull and work with SAP data.
•Works on a variety of special projects as necessary.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•At least 5 + years professional experience
•Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Organized, detail oriented, and analytical.
•Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently.
•Be flexible, resilient and resourceful.
•Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills.
