The Omni-Channel Marketing team focuses on one to one communication with HSNs customers, supporting the growth of the business by increasing top-line revenue and long-term customer profitability. They develop marketing campaigns to move customers through the lifecycle and grow their relationship with us to become HSN’s best customers. Omni-Channel Marketing campaigns leverage numerous direct to customer touch points and marketing channels including inbound web/phone, email, direct mail, credit card, package inserts, search engine marketing, display, gaming and social media.
A Day in the Life
The Specialist will support the Sr. Manager of Credit Card Marketing with the execution of all marketing campaigns associated with Mass marketing of the credit card program as well as recognition marketing campaigns as needed. This position will be required to work with the various teams to execute Print, Email, Social, Digital, Mobile and TV marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal partners for approval on ExtraFlex and VIP Financing promotions
• Ensure execution of marketing support for all channels, including working collaboratively with Print Creative, Email, Personalization, Social, Digital, Mobile and TV teams
• Work with TV team & Email team on Integrated Mass promotional messaging
• Manage Creative process (including writing creative briefs, entering data in UMO, pulling product or images, QA and proof reading, monitor timelines, getting partner approvals) for Mass Credit Messaging in TV, Digital & Mobile channels, (including print, email, personalization & partner channels)
• Manage creative process and execution of Alliance Data touch points including, statement messaging, statement inserts and Alliance Data account center
• Manage processing of creative proofs and drafts with Marketing team and Alliance Data for approvals
• Be the gatekeeper of all legal disclaimer info, working with HSN and Alliance Data legal teams to ensure compliance
• Create campaign summaries of all marketing used for a specific campaign
• Work with call center and bank partner regarding ongoing communication & incentives
• Enter coupon requests and manage coupon process with internal partners to ensure accuracy and execution
• Update Credit Card landing page on HSN.com with promotions and calendars
• Work with digital teams to track click-through info for Credit Card Marketing traffic
• Keep an updated library of all Marketing materials
• Tracking daily credit card stats and completing daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Own project and execution timelines and trackers
• Support execution of broader recognition & payment strategy campaigns, as needed
• Assist with the operational planning and set up of customer events.

Must Haves
• 4 year Degree or 1 year of marketing experience
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to perform effective process/project task execution management
• Intermediate level experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including ability to lead meetings
• Strong time management and communication skills
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must
haves"

• Degree in Marketing Communications, business or similar field
