The Analyst, Brand Analysis is responsible for providing critical support to Director of Brand Analysis for the elaboration of Brand Strategies that highly impact business results and will assist in cross-brands special projects. The Analyst is also responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal/external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Analysis:
• Support in monthly category fact-based performance analysis across brands/channels/regions, both qualitative and quantitative, drawing conclusions and actionable recommendations, and leading implementation.
• Assist in consolidation of weekly business analysis, with data across brands/categories and draw relevant and action oriented conclusions, to be shared with Company’s senior management.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis on trends, insight on business.
• Participate in monitoring KPI’s to identify and implement performance based improvements and new strategic initiatives.
External analysis
• Work in close partnership with Director and CIEM to gather and analyze consumer and market trends in key markets worldwide, drafting actionable initiatives, and as a backbone to strategy elaboration.
Strategy
• Assist Director in formalizing ACC & FW value-add strategy based on internal and external analysis and in close partnership with key leaders.
• Work with Director to quantify impact of strategy proposal and create KPI’s to track performance.
• Participate in identifying and supporting high-impact initiatives across all brands while ensuring alignment.
Coordination and process efficiency
• Propose value-add improvements on current processes and procedures.
• Streamline information and share appropriately.
• Support Director in identifying actionable cost improvement opportunities and spearhead continuous improvement/cost savings initiatives.
Projects
• Participate in ad hoc projects, providing analysis to assist in decision making process.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics
• 3-6 years of related experience
• Retail or Brand experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Systems savvy
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to handle complex projects and problems
• Team player who works well with all levels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter
• International experience is a plus
