FUNCTION
Support the creation, execution and optimization of Vera Bradley marketing projects and campaigns to produce measurable and sustainable activity through sales and brand awareness
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

• Collaborates with Marketing Channel Manager to execute effective and integrated marketing projects and campaigns
• Responsible for overall coordination of marketing projects:
◦ Create job tickets and collect and manage project details
◦ Ensure marketing plans are in line with brand standards and organizational strategies
◦ Articulate vision, position and message to the appropriate internal teams and external vendors
◦ Set and adhere to project deadlines across both internal contributors and external vendors
◦ Collaborate with Marketing Production and Creative team to identify resources to successfully complete the project tasks
◦ Coordinate the review & approval process with internal and external business partners
◦ Maintain overall project budget and communicate scope changes
• Collect scope of work and strategic direction of creative projects based on the needs of the business and internal customers
• Develop and improve existing campaign initiatives/goals that lead to recommendations for revising campaign strategies
• Travel to events as appropriate to ensure project initiatives are effectively being completed
• Improve processes both internally and externally
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferred
• 3+ years project coordination experience
• Marketing agency or corporate/marketing communications department experience preferred
• Experience in developing promotions, managing campaigns and Marketing strategies required

• Strong PC and Mac skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Project Management software
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organization and follow through skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness
• Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment
• Strong team player

• Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Ability to operate personal or Company vehicle for local errands, deliveries and pickups
• Moderate travel required (25%)
