Your Role
Fossil is experiencing monumental growth in the wearable businesses. Our Connected Devices Group (CDG) is responsible for delivering innovative wearable technologies to create branded experiences in new and exciting ways. CDG has a product roadmap leading the convergence of two business models - fashion and technology - and the Go To Market Team is essential to deliver the best product and product experience to our customers.
As the CDG Go to Market Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of end-to-end Go to Market activities across the wearables category. You will be accountable for ensuring that products are launched in timely manner by proactively orchestrating cross-functional teams and their dependencies.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Assist with standards guides, information packets, and recaps
• Partner with Shared Services and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across all functional teams, CDG standards are maintained, and documentation is proofed and ready for production
• Coordinate launch documents such as Quick Startup Guides (QSG), FAQs, Learner’s Guides, etc. for wearables products by working with cross functional teams
• Ensure readiness of all aspects of customer care, after-sales support, operations and training material for all products
• Maintain an organized filing system for CDG documentation across all brands
• Track progress of go-to-market activities by brand and by products, helping to identify gaps and solutions
• Facilitating Trade Show preparations for CDG by assisting with logistics, coordinating samples and assembling key materials
• Support program-wide initiatives that focus on driving sales, saving costs and increasing efficiency in processes

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
• Undergraduate degree is required
• 2+ Years of Brand management, Product Management, or Project Management experience with a proven record of supporting end-to-end product launch activities
• Experience collaborating with shared service areas to bring products to market
• Experience in a global setting and with international development and production teams highly preferred
• Highly organized individual capable of managing many projects simultaneously
• Skilled collaborator ready to work with cross functional teams to achieve objectives across different departments
• Motivating communicator with effective facilitation skills to promote a performance and commitment culture
• Ability to apply positivity, passion and creativity to tasks and projects
• Problem solver driven by efficiency and optimization
