JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for Greater China Men’s categories, with a focus on Retail
• Manages one direct report
• Serves as the eyes and ears of the market—spends time in stores, at our competitors, and interacting with consumers to accurately brief Greater China Needs
• Partners with Merchants in Taiwan and Hong Kong to ensure GC needs are covered
• Works with the Regional Merchant team to update them on the market, product performance, and product needs
• Leads the briefing process for Men to support the GC SBP and incorporate learnings and feedback from past seasons to inform future product strategies and needs
• Attends our Regional Final Line Assort meeting in Singapore twice a year to work with the Regional Merchant team to finalize the GC assortment
• Responsible for implementing global assortments and ensuring the right amount of localization for the GC Market
• Works closely with planning to ensure we are placing enough depth behind our big bets and ensuring we have the right product segmentation to cover all of our store grades
• Presents Men’s assortments to internal Commercial Teams and Franchisees during our twice a year tradeshow
• Works closely with Marketing, BE, Training, and Commerical teams to ensure execution of new product launches/arrivals
• Tracks weekly sales and drives in season performance for the China Market
• Prepares monthly updates for our performance review with the region
• Conducts hind sighting on product performance to inform future seasons strategies
• Participates in Strategic Business Planning and Annual Financial Planning
