Responsibilities:
•Assist with analyzing of store dashboard and key metrics by location (sales/payroll plans & business trends)
•Analyze profit and loss statements; challenge expenses and processes
•Track invoices and ensure proper payment flow with accounting
•Manage executive schedule
•Manage supply orders for building
•Assist with inventory preparation and reconciliation
•Assist with BOH walkthroughs
•Manage upkeep of policies and procedures
•Additional duties and projects will be assigned, as necessary
Qualifications:
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel a plus)
•Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
•Ability to work under rigid timelines
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task and show flexibility due to change in business demands
•Strong interest in fashion or prior fashion/corporate office experience a plus
•Ability to take initiative and work independently, at times
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems
•Ability to operate all equipment and programs necessary to perform the job
