Cabela’s has an opportunity for a Sr. Digital Creative Designer in our e-commerce department. This position is located at our corporate office in Sidney, Nebraska or at any of our Retail stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Senior Digital Creative Designer, this role takes on an Area of Focus as main responsibility listed:
• Supervise all Non-Store aspects of the Website and Digital Production Specialists.
• Supervise all Store aspects of the Website and Emails, Digital Designers Level I while attending all scheduling meetings.
• Supervise all Front-end Development, Content, New Innovation, Concept, Usability, Scheduling
KEY DUTIES:
• Produces digital creative for all content on website and emails throughout the production lifecycle from turnover to live-and-on-website of various projects and visual designs.
• Supervises the production/designer I team in all phases from project scheduling, reviewing work, assigning projects, employee reviews and goals. Reporting back to Manager on status and progress.
• Lead in creative and management of Store - Homepage, Categories, Banners, Emails, Promos, Landing Pages, Platinum, Concept pages or Non-Store sections of the website - Retail, Boat Center, Auto/ATV, Articles and Information, Gift Cards, Outdoor Info., Brand Pages, Special Projects.
• Acts as subject matter expert in Digital Design, Mobile, Responsive, SEO, IT, Deployment Tools, Coding, Innovation, Web Best Practices, Brainstorming and Production.
• Maintains and establishes Cabela's style guide for use of logos, icons, color palettes and design.
• Provides development & training for design teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 to 8+ years relevant experience required.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a commercial e-commerce environment
• Project management experience
• Current Adobe Suite Applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel. MacOS
