Logo Ball Coordinator
Purpose:
To coordinate and provide excellent in-house customer service for our Logo Ball Account base through the full use of technical, administrative, organizational, interpersonal and communicative skills.
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist and coordinate the handling of customer service support for the Logo Ball account base as defined by the Logo Ball Manager.
• Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all incoming inquiries and correspondence, both internal and external, relative Logo Ball accounts.
• Process and coordinate all Logo Ball orders received via telephone, fax, mail or otherwise, following specified Logo Ball Account terms and existing Company policies, procedures and programs. Ensure timely and accurate order entry and release of orders for order commitments relative to terms, pricing, product information, stock availability, routing, product delivery, and any other agreed upon services.
• Problem-solving and regular follow-up and tracking on logo ball product and deliveries.
• Provide regular Logo Ball status reports and summaries as required.
• Coordinate any Logo Ball sample requests, both internal and external, and provide assistance in sample showroom set-up for presentations when required.
• Attend and participate in any Department Meetings, Product Knowledge or Technical Training Sessions as required.
• Assist Logo Ball Manager and Director Corporate Sales with reports, system maintenance, special projects etc. as required.
• Order, manage, and reconcile samples for presentations, internal and external meetings, and business reviews.
• Collect, consolidate, and file order copies by account.
• Other duties as assigned by Logo Ball Manager.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional administrative, communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in software packages including Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Proficiency in in-house system packages B2B, COMFIL
• Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
• Qualifications:
• University or College Degree preferred
