About your team:
The Fanatics Product Administration Specialist Team is a highly experienced group of content creators made up of Imaging Specialists, Copywriters, and Web Editors. As a team we’re dedicated to delivering and maintaining high quality product listings for our online stores. The vast majority of our work revolves around major sporting events. In order to launch these products, we work closely with internal business partners to ensure our fans have immediate access to special event or championship merchandise. We take pride in creating fun and collaborative environments where we work and solve issues together.

As a Product Administration (PA) Specialist you will be one of the first people to see your favorite team’s new product before it’s available for sale. #OneFanatics – you’ll join a diverse group of people working together to achieve goals and overcome challenges. We offer on the job training. While there is high level of skill expected upon hire, we aim to provide the necessary training to help you excel in your position. Out team also offers opportunities to gain professional experience in new fields via cross-training as part of our on-call team.
Your responsibilities include:
• getting paid to watch the game! Our on-call team tracks the game’s progress and is responsible for launching championship product the moment the game is over.
• organizing event and product lists for upcoming hot markets.
• managing schedules for on-call team.
• coordinating deadlines for submissions and product audit goals.
• ensuring product content contains proper grammar, spelling and meets company standards.
• coordinate with merchandising teams, vendors and our in-house studios to acquire product information.
• assisting in managing our drop ship assortments, client requests and maintaining product listing integrity for all items on site.
• manage and track progress on assigned tasks through various interfaces including: in-house task management tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Dell KACE and Service-Now.
• organizing tasks to make deadlines.
• managing hundreds of products per day.
• other basic data entry and file management as needed.

• a methodical troubleshooter and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• enjoy earning extra income with overtime and on call duties.
We’re excited about you because you have:
• a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or similar.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• the ability be flexible with your schedule. Including weeknights and weekends mainly revolving around major sporting events.
• a professional portfolio or writing samples demonstration your skill.
• excellent proofreading skills.
• proficient Microsoft Office tools Word and Excel.
• excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written.
