Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of all six Franchise partner
• Be the main point of contact developing close relationships with all partners to establish best practice processes
• Work with the Franchisee partners to strengthen the brands presence across their markets through developing annual strategic marketing plans.
• Project manage all Marketing campaigns managing internal stakeholders; New York head office, EMEA Brand, PR & Events teams.
• Establish regional and local partners market insights, to inform the Global team of market nuances, needs & competitive environment to influence the global creative process.
• Manage Franchisee partners’ seasonal marketing plans and budgets.
• Manage all creative requests and needs by collating partner’s content needs to influence global content toolkit and production.
• Manage Junior Marketing Assistant
Brand Marketing
• Liaise with the EMEA Brand Marketing team to drive local media plans (Outdoor, Print and Digital) for Franchisee partners.
• Explore new opportunities for added value activity, events and sponsorships with approved media partners.
• Liaise with EMEA Digital Communications team to develop and execute local digital and social communications plans as well as localizing all global plans across both Franchisee partners.
• Analyse the return on investment and effectiveness of all campaigns.
Retail & Wholesale
• Coordinate email participation of Franchisee partners and Global CRM team.
• Develop and drive New Store Opening Strategies for all Franchisee stores.
• Develop and drive Customer Acquisition and Retention activities for all Franchisee stores.
• Liaise with EMEA Wholesale Marketing team to develop and drive Wholesale Marketing strategies for all Franchisee partners
• Continually monitor competitor activity developing best practice across all campaigns.
Profile
• Strong Communications Skills; ability to confidently communicate and manage various stakeholders and partners across all levels of the EMEA business.
• Knowledge of the Franchisee Business Models with experience across fashion and accessories market.
• International Marketing Experience; experience with Emerging Markets.
• Commercial and Creative Marketing experience within a fast paced fashion environment.
• People management experience preferred.
• Written & spoken English to high standard, Russian or Arabic also preferable.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a strategic and self-starter mentality.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Marketing.
• Confident with numbers and reporting ideally with previous third party measurement tools.
• Proficient in Excel and, PowerPoint
