Channel Marketing Manager - Central
As Channel Marketing Manager you will drive in-store customer marketing strategies for Levi’s® and Dockers® across retail & wholesale in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Benelux).
Key responsibilities;
• Work with wholesale sales team to support the positioning of accounts in the market place, and leverage marketing assets to meet targets, in line with positioning
• Work with customers to best align LS&Co. marketing assets to the customer's own marketing initiatives to drive revenue increase
• On exception, coordinate production of customer-specific brand assets, following brand guidelines / seasonal direction and validating with brand partners prior to execution in accounts
• Define on-floor needs for accounts; Adapt and apply global on-floor strategies to the marketplace and Integrate with Campaign POV; Adopt standardized retail processes - identify channel and geo-specific needs
• Monitor retail marketing KPI’s and identify local team needs, tools and resource requirements
• Work with Levi’s® Owned & Operated Stores, and Franchise teams to execute retail marketing activation programs
• Work with brand teams in market to partner on full execution of marketing in region
• Support Brand Environment with shop-in-shop installs and oversee execution of visual brand standards in all channels
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing / Environment and Creative Services to provide input regarding retail (O&O and Franchise) needs, consumer needs and opportunities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing related field
Work Experience
5+ years of experience related to developing and executing all or a significant portion of the customer marketing and on-floor experience to drive traffic increase and in-store conversion
