What are we looking for?
Do you know a brand’s success is closely related to customer care? Are you an environmental lover who cares about wastage reduction? Are you good with analysing complex data? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
• Run a wastage reduction project ( we want your ideas on what to do with product returns and order disputes)
• Involve in daily operations of returns management and order processing to identify efficiency opportunity
• Analyse complex data including our customer care performance
• Present and convince senior stakeholders your ideas (and bring them to live!)
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
• Liaise with external partners ( including warehouse partners and vendors) ( you are our ambassador)
Reporting to the Customer Care team under Operations division, you will be working a team of dynamic and highly respected individuals, based in Raffles place.
Operations contribute to L’Oréal’s growth, sourcing, production to distribution of all the Group’s products: an integrated value chain. As business' ally, we develop and always seek out the most agile, innovative, efficient and responsible solutions to meet the specific needs and diversity of consumers.
To meet consumers’ needs, Operations roll out their expertise in their three core areas of responsibility: quality (brand protection), safety (protection of people and assets) and sustainability (environmental protection) within the context of the Group’s “Sharing Beauty With All” sustainable programme.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Interest in project management
• Proficient Excel skills, hands on experience with Marcos and VBA is PLUS
• Creative and innovate minds (we want your bright ideas!)
• High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
