Description
Mission
Provide superior service to Nike Sports marketing assets.
Drive service process across Sports Marketing categories as a critical link to all necessary business related activities from product through promotional services for athletes, teams and events.
Responsibilities
ORDER MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY TRACKING
• Submit forecasts and make sound decisions and work closely with EHQ ops team to avoid inventory buildup.
• Ensure a timely order entry and forecast.
• Follow up on reports regarding order management and carrier issues
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• Identify excess inventory and report on the inventory levels for the related digital category on monthly base.
• Contracts and requests review
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
• Provide weekly updates on performance and key developments to SM managers and the rest of the SM operations team.
• Ensure timely set-ups of athletes in our systems
• Create and update our catalogs and processes
PROJECT PARTICIPATION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
• Initiate and drive execution of projects with and through the team to overall benefit the SM Organization.
• Continuously re-asses internal processes
• Stakeholder management
Qualifications
Requirements
• Education to university level is required in addition to experience detailed below
• 2+ years of Customer Service/Logistical/Operational experience within Nike or similar environment. Relevant project management/participation experience.
• Genuine interest and knowledge on the relevant category is a must.
• English language required, one more EU language is preferred.
• MS Office application knowledge required. SAP & Nike Reporting tools knowledge is an advantage.
