Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To coordinate all global marketing initiatives to China Market
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
• With direction from Senior Manager Marketing coordinate and disseminate all global and regional marketing materials to local level
• Upload all Marketing files into Knowledge Exchange to share with all departments
• Plan, supervise and execute demo schedule in 3 regions within China
• Recruit and Service Home Pro Staffs / part time assistants to assist in demo days
• Assist with all Regional Events (Sales Meetings, Launch Events, Player Activation events, etc.)
• Consolidate all marketing related forecasts from 3 regions in China
• Coordinate with all Product Teams on GTM materials for new product launch support
• Assist Senior Manager Marketing on special project basis
KPI: Timely dissemination of Regional Marketing Materials to local levels; Timely and effective execution of demo days; Ensure expenses of demo days and new product launch events are within budget

• Strong Communication skills
• Independent, creative and also an effective team player
• Competent at executing plans with high quality
• Team player that can also lead. Not afraid to try new things.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Additional 5 years works experience in lieu of degree.
• 2-3 years overall work experience in Marketing or Advertising
• Work experience in China preferred (min 2 years)
• Golf Industry experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
