JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for a dynamic and creatively driven Marketing Operations and Delivery Coordinator to support across all key functions of the EMEIA Marketing team: bought media, digital, engagement and events. This person will help to connect marketing and business functions, will act as a fountain of knowledge for cross-functional projects, and will lead the creation and delivery and deployment of marketing assets for key regional campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all asset creation, delivery and deployment as well as full understanding of suite of existing assets and guidelines for use.
• Connect seamlessly with Horseferry Operations team to cascade regular information about creative delivery
• Develop and drive creative briefs across digital and media channels and events collateral, liaising with Global, Regional and Local teams on delivery and implementation
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of EMEIA-wide events projects, working closely with the global and local events contacts
• Work in partnership with the Senior Manager for Engagement to support the EMEIA marketing and communications programme with a particular focus on seasonal product pushes, festive and flagship strategies
• Support with reporting of marketing and communications activity to the EMEIA business and Horseferry counterparts
• Collaborate and build key relationships with wider functions across the business in order to deliver against strategies
• Support with sharing of best practice between hub teams and facilitate cross fertilisation of ideas
