SUMMARY:
This role will have a broad set of responsibilities and will be a key member of the marketing team. The individual will help to drive the brand marketing initiatives, support the wholesale and international partners and execute cross-functional programs that help drive revenue, traffic and conversion for all brand channels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with cross functional business partners including merchandising, international, social media, PR, wholesale, creative, etc. to share marketing materials, drive deadlines, retrieve samples, coordinate asset creation, etc.
2. Work with Sr. Director of Marketing to spearhead seasonal brand awareness initiatives that drive customer acquisition, create buzz and amplification around the campaigns and provide relevant content for international and wholesale partners.
3. Execute wholesale marketing strategy inclusive of major retail partnerships, influencer programs, gifting and seasonal asset support.
4. Manage coordination of assets for seasonal global sales meetings to ensure merchandising and design ideas are presented in 7FAM brand voice.
5. Own and update marketing calendar inclusive of brand, ecommerce, digital, retail, social, wholesale, international and PR key dates.
6. Develop and build the company’s social responsibility efforts, including community outreach and charitable initiatives, evaluating and establishing new brand partnerships.
7. Partner with Creative Services Manager to ensure there is a seasonal asset management process for all cross-functional partners.
8. Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing in the coordination and planning of all marketing photo shoots. Be Key liaison to production resource to ensure samples are pulled and assets are shot and delivered on schedule (in partnership with Creative Services Manager).
9. Drive alignment between marketing and DTC (Retail + Ecommerce) as it relates to product launches, in-store signage, email marketing and promotions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Years of Experience: 4-5+ years related Marketing experience within the Retail / Wholesale Contemporary market
• A highly collaborative team player with a proven track record in executing with excellence, managing, motivating and inspiring others.
• Ability to productively partner with cross-functional team members to meet objectives.
• Proven success developing and implementing new marketing ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Forward-thinking with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, including quickly and accurately assessing opportunities to determine best approach.
• Ability to set up efficient and effective processes, and manage and meet deadlines.
• A sense of enthusiasm, passion and commitment to continually bring a fresh perspective to the team and the customer.
• A strong appreciation of fashion, style and design.
