We need a hard-working and motivated individual for the role of Manager of Visual Merchandising - Footwear. This person will plan and implement visual merchandising strategies and tactics to meet sales, inventory and margin goals; build brand and category growth and exceed customer expectations.

What will I do at UA?
• Create the Visual Merchandising Strategies and Space Plans for Footwear across all genders and channels
• Work closely with the Merchant, Sales Planning, Assortment Planning and Product teams developing the appropriate assortment levels based on store size.
• Work closely with Brand and Account Marketing team on strategies and budgets for fixtures and props
• Utilize the newly built mock store to test for and ensure corporate buy-in for seasonal sets
• Assess our competition, monitor and provide feedback on findings
• Participate in market tours to evaluate business needs and assess the level of impact of current strategies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience driving results with a cross-functional organization a must
• Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends into projects
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably focused on visual merchandising
• Mastery of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD a plus
• Experience working with planogram software to deliver planograms to stores on a regular basis a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
