Description
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with President of Online to identify opportunities and develop regional roadmap for online expansion and distribution, including direct-to-consumer channels, retail partners, and third party platforms.
• Maintains and facilitates clear communication plans with major stakeholders across the Global, Regional, and Affiliate teams, including Brand and Corporate Functions (i.e. Site Production, Operations, Supply Chain, GIS, Omnichannel), to ensure alignment and awareness of e/m-commerce activities and Omnichannel initiatives.
• Works with Affiliate teams and Regional Brands to determine online long range strategy and sales forecasting, in order to meet overall corporate objectives, sales and profitability targets year over year. Review and assess sales trends and progress vs. objectives on a monthly basis.
• Develop project plans, e/m-commerce calendars & initiatives, reporting and analysis to drive the objectives of the Regional strategies as well as Affiliate/Brand.
• Provide guidance for Affiliate teams with regards to product and collection forecasting based on global requirements and local/regional trends.
• Work closely with Affiliate, Regional, and Global teams to align all offline/digital/influencer/social/CRM activities with e-commerce initiatives, for brand sites and retail partners.
• Drive overall email strategy including ongoing product/program launches, locally relevant initiatives, as well as lifecycle/triggered CRM programs. Lead new integrations with regional ESP across all brands and markets.
• Work with global operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations with local fulfillment, customer service, and payment processing partners/providers—including launching locally relevant needs such as cash payments and installments.
• Collaborate with regional production team to manage and track site launch, maintenance, and enhancement budgets to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Serve as main point of contact for dissemination of global online guidelines, best practices, and education across the region, and collaborate with all teams to identify online marketing and sales opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Affiliate online teams to communicate local opportunities and concerns to global teams and determine solutions for reaching the local online consumer in an effective way, by market.
ANALYSIS & REPORTING:
• Determine regional KPIs and monitor performance by Brand and Affiliate.
• Educate, assist and facilitate Affiliate/Brand in the understanding, reporting and analysis of key metrics to measure efficacy of their investments and create actionable steps to improve.
• Partner with Global Online Marketing, Merchandising and Analytics team to coordinate re-occurring meetings with Affiliate/Brand to provide analysis and reporting feedback on monthly activities to improve KPIs and drive ROI guidelines.
• Issue monthly reporting covering sales and online activities (i.e. channel reporting, traffic, program performance, sell-through, mix of business) to Regional/Affiliate/Brand teams.
• Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
PARTNER MANAGEMENT:
• Liaise with key partners (ie. retailers, site maintenance/design agencies, performance marketing agency, email service providers, fulfillment partners, customer service partners, etc.) to ensure required information/guidelines are provided as well as service levels and reporting standards are maintained.
• Look for increased efficiencies in work flow and processes within the partner network.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Primary point of contact for Global Online departments on scheduling and prioritization of Regional projects: both development & maintenance.
• Responsible for prioritizing based on regional objectives key initiatives by Brand and Affiliate
• Directs and coordinates between all relevant groups (Affiliate/Brand/Partner) to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and promote regional perspective to ensure work is scalable economies of scale are achieved.
• Ensure projects are developed and launched within budget guidelines.
ADDITIONAL:
• Travel is required
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
• 8+ years experience in consultancy/project management
• Language proficiency in Spanish required & Portuguese preferred
• Managing multiple projects of varying scope and direct reports & partner agencies
• P&L, demanding planning and merchandising experience required
• Strong understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development
• Problem identification, structuring and analysis skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work with decision makers and to react effectively to change
