L’Oréal Luxe Australia has a unique portfolio which combines traditional beauty, couture and alternative new luxury brands. The division delivers a unique world of beauty in three major specialisations – make-up, skincare and fragrance. In the Australian market our Head Office and Field teams work together to bring the brands Lancôme, YSL Beaute, Giorgio Armani, Shu Uemura, Urban Decay, Clarisonic and the fragrances under the Prestige Collection International umbrella, to our consumers through department stores, selected pharmacies and eCommerce.
Due to an impending maternity leave we have a fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join us. The successful incumbent will play a key role in the evolution of the e-commerce strategy at L’Oreal working collaboratively to deliver on the significant investment in our digital platforms and infrastructure.
Your role:
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce you will be responsible for
• Define, develop and execute the e-Commerce calendar for our Lancome and Kiehl’s brand in line with their marketing plan.
• Responsible for creating and updating all website content and eCommerce related EDM communications.
• Devise and execute the eRetailer strategy for the brand and support with content, e-merchandising strategy and EDM as required
• Develop and implement strategies in conjunction with Marketing to optimize traffic to e-commerce site using various levers (media, social, partnerships etc.)
• Track and measure the site and business performance to improve the KPIs (e.g. frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile, tablet).
• Optimise site usability, on-line assortment, e-merchandising strategy: catalogue, promos, testing.
• Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities.
About you:
You will be an experienced, hands-on eCommerce Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and creative culture. A strong networker who demonstrates entrepreneurship, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Previous experience managing a digital commerce platform will be highly sought along with a commercially minded and flexible approach. In addition, you will also be innovative and able to manage complexity while remaining highly results driven.
